It’s that time of the year again! We are hosting our 6th Annual Chili Cookoff on Friday February 15th! The event is FREE to attend and FREE to enter the contest! Winners will be rewarded handsomely with prizes from VHR and other Huntsville businesses!

*Basic chili toppings and utensils will be supplied. Feel free to bring your favorite adult beverage as well!

We are SO THRILLED to announce that we’ve moved into our new location at Lowe Mill Arts & Entertainment! Our store is now located at Railroad Room #9 (just down the sidewalk from our old location). It is easiest to get to from the water tower parking lot off of Seminole Drive. While we are still getting settled in and getting the walls decorated, we already love it so much and we hope you will too! Stop by and check it out – we’d love to hear your thoughts! We’ve got 3,000 square feet full of music and stereo equipment just waiting for you to take home! Now that we have the extra space, be sure to keep your eyes peeled for some exciting in-store performances (and other cool events that we will be hosting) here and on our Instagram and Facebook pages! The Record Store Day titles are first come first serve and there are no holds or pre-sales on those specific titles! We do sell out of some of the titles quickly so it may be worth coming to get a good spot in line before we open up! Have a great Thanksgiving and we will see you soon! It’s that time of the year again! We are hosting our 4th Annual Chili Cookoff on Friday February 16th! The event is FREE to attend and FREE to enter the contest! Winners will be rewarded handsomely with prizes from VHR and other Huntsville businesses!

Lowe Mill Snow Ball is this year’s ‘Stranger Things’ themed party. The ‘Snow Ball’ is an 80’s high school formal dance event. It will be held in the 1st Floor Connector starting at 8 PM and admission is $10. Formal attire and hairdos (from the 80’s) is a must. Dressing like characters from the series gets you mad props. Polaroid photo booth will be set up for individual and group photos. All the hits from the era will be spinning on the turntables courtesy of Vertical House Records!!! Open Waffle Bar and Demo-Dog sliders will be provided along with ‘Pure Fuel’ Punch to quench your dance induced thirst. TOTALLY 80’s!!!

There is FREE parking at this event. Entrance will be at door 4. All ages & kid friendly!
